Tim is a LEED AP with over 15 years of experience in design and construction phase project management primarily focused in the public market sector.

He provides effective team leadership, client satisfaction, and adds value to projects of any scale utilizing project management core principles and best practices. Equally skilled in GC/CM, D/B, and D/B/B delivery, Tim believes in forging lasting working relationships and in the shared success of the entire project team, centered on the common goal to achieve the Owner’s pre-determined project quality criteria.
